We are the small tech company that small companies rely on
XUBAX was born inside a business group in Michoacán, Mexico, running real businesses — jewelry, manufacturing, retail — that since 1999 has learned first-hand which technology helps and which only gets in the way.
Our story
We solved our own problems first
Before we sold technology, we needed it: registers that would not crash, inventory we could trust, invoicing that stayed current, email that actually arrived. We built that infrastructure for our own companies and, once it genuinely worked, we turned it into a service for other small businesses.
- 1999 — The group is founded, with the jewelry business first.
- 2013 — The group standardizes its entire operation on a single ERP.
- 2020 — We start building our own technology (NFC traceability, smart jewelry platforms).
- Today — XUBAX runs four platforms of its own — INOOVIX, DISPLAX, ANALITIX and PRODUX — across companies in seven industries, with AI wired into the management system.

Based in Morelia, serving all of Mexico
We work on site across Michoacán and the Bajío region, and remotely throughout the country — with scheduled visits whenever a project calls for them. Our office is open to you: come see our own operation running.
