INOOVIX · built on Odoo
The modules we write ourselves
Every one of these modules started as a real problem in a real company — often one of ours. When the fix turned out to help more than one business, we turned it into a product: tested, documented and supported. Several are already on the official Odoo store and the rest are on their way. This is what exists today.
Why we do it this way
A module is not a patch — it is code built to survive the next upgrade
Half an hour of creative configuration solves today’s problem and breaks it again at the next upgrade. We write it as a module instead: it installs and uninstalls cleanly, it is tested, translated, documented and maintained release after release of Odoo.
- All of them with automated tests that run before anything reaches your server.
- In English and Spanish, with a user manual included.
- We use them first: nearly all of them run every day in our own companies.
- No lock-in: it is your Odoo, your database and your data — you can take it with you.
At a glance
Point of sale
Where the money actually changes hands
This is the screen your team stares at eight hours a day. Almost everything we have written started there.
Airtime top-ups and bill payments
Sell mobile airtime, data bundles and electronic PINs, and take payments for electricity, water or cable right from the register, over the TAECEL network: more than 30 providers, live balance and automatic reconciliation of any sale that got interrupted mid-transaction.
MexicoTAECEL dealer network
If you also fund other businesses: balance, sales and margin per affiliate from inside Odoo, plus the bank reference each one uses to deposit.
MexicoUber Eats and DiDi Food in your POS
Wire the restaurant register straight into both platforms: the menu syncs, orders arrive with an audible alert, you accept or reject, you track the courier and the payment records itself. No extra tablet per delivery app.
RestaurantsQuotes, orders and layaway
Create a quote, an order or a layaway without leaving the register, with an itemized receipt and the remaining balance printed on it. Classic layaway, but properly reconciled in the books.
RetailOdoo chat inside the POS
A Discuss button with an unread counter in the register’s top bar. The cashier reads and answers messages without closing the session — it is the real Discuss, not a copy of it.
Every industryFull product name on the receipt
Long product names stop being cut off with an ellipsis and wrap onto several lines instead. Small, free, and appreciated by anyone selling products with long names.
FreeJewelry and traceability
The industry we have been in for twenty-five years
Holding other people’s property, running a workshop, and knowing for certain that the piece going out is the one that came in.
Workshop and repairs
Custody of the customer’s piece, built on Odoo’s repair module: intake with standardized photos, a signature from whoever hands it over, assignment to a jeweler, metal loss tracking and a quality check before it goes back.
Jewelers and workshopsWorkshop from the register
Take in, look up and hand back workshop pieces without leaving the POS — which is where the customer actually is, standing at the counter.
Add-onWorkshop over WhatsApp
Tell the customer their piece is ready, and chase the ones who never come back for it. Forgotten pieces sitting in the safe are a real and expensive problem.
Add-onSTIJ — a passport for the piece
Every piece gets its own page: the owner taps their phone on the NFC tag — or scans the QR code — and sees its history. From there they can report a theft or a loss, transfer ownership to someone else and look up past servicing. Everything that happens to the piece is written to a log nobody can alter, including the signed handover and the sale.
Jewelry and certificationNFC traceability
Tap a phone on an NFC tag (or scan a QR code) and record who, what, when and where against a serialized item. You write the tags in house, and every item ends up with its own timeline that cannot be altered.
Serialized inventoryPhysical store
Measuring what happens before the register
ANALITIX — Physical store intelligence
The full platform: counting at every door, real visits, conversion matched against the point of sale, zones and displays, lost sales flagged discreetly to the salesperson, screens that react, a monthly report to the owner, and it scales to chains with regions. Without storing a single image.
See the full page →Visitor counting
The entry-level piece: it counts visitors from any sensor — a counting camera or the CCTV you already own — and matches them against POS sales to give you conversion. Free, and the natural step up to ANALITIX.
FreeScreens and digital signage
Making the screen aware of what is happening at the register
The bridge between your Odoo and the Xibo signage CMS — the technical foundation DISPLAX runs on.
Xibo connector
Run digital signage from Odoo: displays, media, datasets, layouts and broadcasts. No more walking a USB stick from store to store.
Multi-locationXibo connector for the POS
The cart mirrored on the customer-facing screen, an AI-generated audio thank-you when the sale closes, and product recommendations based on what they are buying.
RetailVideo wall at rest
With no sale in progress, the video wall cycles through the online catalog with a QR code to the web store. The screen stops sitting dark for half an hour between customers.
Add-onCustomers and deliveries
What happens before and after the sale
Special dates
Birthdays, anniversaries and whatever date your trade needs to remember. Reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp, automatic activities for the salesperson, and a pop-up at the register when that customer is standing in front of them.
Retail and servicesSpecial dates over WhatsApp
The greeting goes out through the channel people actually read. Free add-on to the module above.
FreeProof-of-delivery signature
Capture the customer’s signature on delivery: on a tablet when you validate the shipment, or have them sign from the portal themselves. It is stored on both the delivery and the order — which is where you will go looking when someone disputes it.
DistributionProof-of-delivery signature in the POS
The same signature, captured at the counter as you hand the goods over. Free add-on.
FreePurchasing and accounting
Stop typing in products by hand
Products from vendor bills
Upload the electronic invoice and Odoo learns the products: it recognizes the vendor’s own codes, proposes the unknown ones for you to review, creates them, keeps the cost current and even looks for an image. What used to take somebody an entire afternoon.
Retail and distributionMexican CFDI 4.0
The same thing, but reading the CFDI XML that any Mexican supplier sends. Without this, the module above only understands European formats.
MexicoThe manual inside Odoo
The user manual delivered as a Knowledge article, in English and Spanish, ready to read inside the system itself.
FreeMarketing, hospitality and productivity
And a few that solved one very specific headache
AI content planner
It puts a strategy behind Odoo’s social marketing module: it studies your competitors, proposes the month’s topics and writes the copy, the call to action and the hashtags with AI. Then it publishes natively, with no third-party tools.
MarketingChannel manager for hotels
Sync rooms, availability, rates and bookings with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and more than a hundred channels — over universal iCal or through the Channex API. No more overbooking because a calendar was updated late.
HospitalityMeeting link domains
Choose which domain Odoo uses when it writes video-call links, invitations and reminder emails. One for everyone, or a different one per company — essential when several brands share one database.
Multi-companyWhat if your problem is not on this list?
Then it is the next module
That is how every module on this page started. If your operation needs something Odoo does not ship and nobody has published, we write it: on top of our platforms or from scratch, with the same tests, the same manual and the same commitment to maintain it when the next version lands.
